Taco Bake

1 lb extra lean ground beef
½ cup diced onion
½ cup diced red pepper
1 8 oz. can reduced fat crescent rolls
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 4 oz. can diced jalapenos
1 packet taco seasoning
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
Hot sauce to taste
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375*. Brown beef, onion, and pepper; drain. Spray a 9×13 glass baking dish with PAM. Unroll crescent rolls, pinch seams together to make a crust. Bake for 6 minutes. Add tomato sauce, hot sauce, beans, jalapenos, and taco seasoning to beef; mix thoroughly. Top crust with meat mixture and bake an additional 10 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until melted, about 5 minutes.

Top with goodies such as fat free sour cream, diced tomatoes, lettuce, olives, or avocado.
