Chicken Nuggets and Dipping Sauce

Chicken Nuggets

1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs (or the equivalent of egg substitute)
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast

Place bread crumbs and eggs in seperate bowls. Beat the eggs. Preheat oven to 400* and spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Cut up chicken in to bite sized pieces. Dip chicken chunks into egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until done. Baking time will vary depending on the size of the chicken pieces.

Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoons BBQ Sauce (I like using honey bbq flavor!)
1 tablespoon syrup (I use sugar free butter flavored)

Mix together. This can be made into larger amounts, just use a 2 bbq to 1 syrup ratio!
