Blueberry Scones

Blueberry Scones
Servings:4

2/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/3 cup Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/2 cup blueberries

Combine first 5 ingredients. Fold in berries. Form into 4 mounds and bake on PAM – sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

    I’m so glad I found your blog! I’m struggling with weight loss issues myself, jogging 5 days a week – yeah up to 15-20 miles/week, and I love your recepies! They’re so simple yet delicious – keep up the good work 🙂
