Banana Bread

This is a great recipe for a “lighter” banana bread. The original calls for 1 CUP of Splenda. I really don’t like to use splenda, so I usually just sprinkle a little (or a little brown sugar) in and call it good!

1 cup Splenda (can use a lot less, this leaves a very strong “fake” taste, or omit and use real sugar/other sweetener)
1 1/2 cups Heartsmart Reduced Fat Bisquick
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
2 egg whites

Mix until moistened and bake in 9×5 loaf pan for 1 hour at 325*. As written, 8 slices at 2 weight watchers points each.
