Need to Find My Motivation

I’m not motivated. I haven’t been running in a week. I think part of the problem is that I feel guilty about taking the time to do it, when I know there is so much stuff at home to do so that we can get moved this weekend. I also haven’t been eating that great…lots of snacking! I think that also stems from this move….I don’t want to get groceries until we have moved because I don’t want to have to pack everything up. So, it has been a month since I actually went and got groceries. The pantry is getting very empty.

I packed my running gear today, so there will be no excuses. I will take the time for me, even if it means hubby has to wait for dinner! I can’t wait for next week….we will be on summer hours at work (we take a 1/2 hour lunch instead of an hour, and then get to leave an hour early) so I will have more time in the evening to do what needs to be done!

Onto the food. Dinner last night ended up being blueberry pancakes with sugar free syrup since I left the other half of my 5 dollar foot long at work. Oh well, lunch for today!


Breakfast- Thursday is Big Apple Bagel Day at work, so I had a multigrain bagel with a smudge of cream cheese and a strawberry fruit strip



Snack- Sharkies (these were on clearance at Target for $0.48 per package!)


Lunch- The other half of my Chicken Breast Subway Sub from yesterday, Sun Chips, Fruit Strip (tropical flavor)



Snack- Watermelon and Cherries!

    good for you for making the time for yourself. Your hubby will understand – just tell him he can have snacks until you get home šŸ™‚

    I agree with Danica, defintely take time for yourself. Your husband will appreciate it when you feel better about YOU. I find that once I get into a routine, I feel much better but I’m sure the packing and moving isn’t helping. That will change soon. šŸ™‚
