Off to a Good Start!

I stopped at the gym last night on my way home and did a weight workout. I haven’t done weights in forever and it was a nice change of pace, especially since I was the only one in the gym! I also rode the stationary bike for 10 minutes on resistance level 9.

Dinner last night turned out to be really good. I was kind of dreading making chicken nuggets since we had them at my parent’s house on Sunday, but I put a fun twist on my serving, so they were really yummy!

Dinner: Chicken Nugget Salad with watermelon. My delicious salad contained:

SO GOOD!

Breakfast: Oatmeal with brown sugar (I am so boring!)

Snack: Banana (They were right, I felt no guilt snacking on this!!)100_0749

Tonight’s dinner will be a mod-podge of whatever I can find in pantry. Probably some type of enchilada casserole. I also plan on going for a run. I was going to get up at 5 and do my run this morning, but the dogs were restless last night because we were having some nasty thunderstorms, so I really thought I could use the extra hour of sleep!
