New Distance Record (even if it is small!)

Went for a run last night and ended up with a distance record. Now don’t laugh, but I went 2.33 miles without walking! I know it doesn’t seem like much, but I have had the hardest time breaking past two miles without having to take a walk break. 100_0712

My motivation has returned! (I look kind of like an alien with the headphones sticking out of my ears!)


Went home and had white chicken chili waiting in the crockpot. It was very bland, I don’t think I used enough taco seasoning mix! I also made a new cornbread muffin recipe, which was DISGUSTING. They went in the garbage. I was still hungry so I had about a cup of rainbow sherbert while I watched The Bachelorette.

Breakfast today was oatmeal with brown sugar.100_0716

Snack was celery with hummus (again, but that was the last of the celery!)100_0717

Lunch: Wrap with spinach, garlic and herb Laughing Cow wedge, black beans, 1/8 of an avacado and hot sauce. I only ended up eating 1/2 of this….it just didn’t taste right, I don’t know what was wrong!100_0718

I also had 1/2 of a green pepper100_0719

and some fat free cottage cheese with peach slices (in light syrup)100_0720

and a mini Cadbury Cream Egg (left over from EASTER!)100_0721

Snack was an apple and Clif ZBar (actually, the same apple and bar that I never ate yesterday!)100_0710

I plan on running again tonight (in the 61* no sun weather!) and then we are having leftover chili for dinner. I went out at lunch and got some much needed fruit, so we may have muskmelon or watermelon, too! Hopefully I can get a little housework done and then try out a new muffin recipe tonight.
